Subtitl.io provides an automated subtitle generation service. Users can upload video files and receive subtitle files (SRT/VTT) in return.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You must create an account to use our Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Service. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.

4. Acceptable Use

Generated subtitle files are provided to you for your use. You own the rights to use these subtitles as you see fit.

6. Payment and Billing

6.1 Subscription Plans

Subscription plans are billed monthly. You will be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle.

6.2 Credit Packs

Credit packs are one-time purchases. Credits do not expire unless your account is inactive for an extended period.

6.3 Refunds

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us for refund requests. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

6.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Existing subscriptions will be notified of price changes before they take effect.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances.

We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from Service unavailability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Subtitl.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service.

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
